Night has descended on us here. It's a bit chilly outside as it has been many nights. Generally need a light jacket and long pants to be outside. Seas are very small, maybe 2 feet at most. We're slogging along at 5.5 knots on a course of 205 magnetic. Five knots of speed feels a bit like driving a car down an open highway at 50mph; it feels like you're just crawling. Nine knots feels like driving 90mph; one small mistake and you're going to have a very big problem. We're itching for a bit more of the latter but hopefully not too much. As they say, be careful of what you wish for.
We currently plan to maintain this course until noon tomorrow then head WSW.
