dinner

Paddy volunteered to cook pizza tonight. He used a dough recipe from Antoine's bread book. Antoine assisted with the pizza sauce and carrot/parsley/red onion side dish and avocados.
It was a fantastic dinner after a nice but somewhat slow sailing & motoring day.
We've changed course to 245 at the recommendation of our PredictWind weather software.
Sailing with single-reef main and gennaker. Winds are variable, as I write this I've seen short-term boat speeds from 4.8 to 11 knots.
